Tim from Precision installed a new garage door opener, new springs, and a new key pad. I called for service on Monday morning and Tim was here by mid-afternoon the same day. He checked the opener and the door hardware. We discussed the options and I decided to replace the old opener, etc. Tim is very knowledgeable and professional. There was no pressure to do any work beyond what was needed and no attempt to up sell new equipment. What he recommended was totally appropriate and he was able to complete the job within an hour. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable and professional. Evan accessed my broken spring and as I requested my garage door opener. I was confident in my decision for a complete overhaul of a 2004 garage door system with highest quality parts. The seven year warranty on parts and labor is outstanding. Great service great workmanship

Didn’t know who to call so read a bunch of reviews and chose your company. I couldn’t have hand picked a nicer technician and felt he was very knowledgeable about his profession and products. I did have culture shock when he showed me the prices but having not gotten estimates from other companies yours might not be out of line. I have had springs replaced in the past and the price was nothing like this. Again I can’t say enough good things about the technician but if I every need repairs again I will get at least 3 other estimates to see if yours are in line with others.
