I cancel my appointment because I got the garage door to work, but ask if they can set me up for a remote for the garage, the lady on the phone said yes, so the tech comes out, he didn’t touch anything, not a thing and stated the unit was too old for a remote and charged me $49.00 for a service call, if he had touched something, to ensure the unit was old. then I would feel ripped off.

I saw your ad on local TV just after my garage door broke. Called the next day and a technician was there within 24 hours. He explained what the problem with the door was and what was needed to fix it. Then went on to explain other problems with the door that could cause problems in the future. He explained the cost of fixing those problems as well and let me choose what worked for me. He was efficient and courteous. A very friendly man. I liked the 5-year warranty, too.

Johnny came out today to do a repair on our garage door. He could not have been nicer and it was a pleasure dealing with him. He did not rush, was very personable but very efficient as he fixed our door. Would definitely use Precision Doors again!
