Couldn’t open my garage door. They came within 3 hrs of my call. Derek was pleasant, diagnosed the problem and installed a new motor for my door. He even put some salt on the driveway because of the ice. I would certainly recommend them.

Zach (awesome guy) my technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He came out (on time) the same day I called for service. He took the time to explain (I was shown the damage parts of my garage door and the good replacement parts) the repairs in layman’s terms with pricing (this included labor and tax). Pricing is very very reasonable with same day service. He even provided me a garage door check up list (parts that has failed, parts that still have some life left in them, and upgraded parts). This is the second time we have asked Precision to come out to fix our garage doors. Last night we broke a spring trapping our cars. I was able to arrange an appointment for the following day, which was very easy to do, with a phone call. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, presented the pricing ahead of time and fixed the issue in a very timely manner leaving no mess.
