Our garage technician went out of his way to get our garage door back in working condition. Hot day and difficult arrangements but all fixed now. So glad Precision Door open on a holiday weekend and he was so efficient.

Best of the best – God bless David Crowe and the ownership of the company. You went over and above our expectations and helped us so much at a difficult time in our life – fast and excellent repair. I will never use anyone else but Precision!!! Thank you!

My wife noticed our garage door rocking when it was opening and closing. She read the reviews about Precision and scheduled an inspection. Matt arrived a couple days later and our garage door runs smooth as butter now. Matt was punctual, friendly and professional. We told our neighbors about our experience with Matt and recommended Precision for their garage door needs.

I woke up this morning to a nightmare when my garage door could not close due to an issue I had driving out of the garage. Tim showed up earlier than expected which was great. He was very courteous and very efficient. He put in whole new racks, roller and spring. My garage door has never been this quiet in all the time I’ve lived here! Within 4 hours, my door was working and I was able to continue with my day. I would recommend this service to everyone!

Adam is a real pro. Thx!

Matt Eberly was the installer on my project and I can’t say enough good things about him. As an Air Force veteran, I was pleased to meet a Navy veteran doing so well. Matt’s professional demeanor and attention to detail are unmatched. He’s personable and answered any questions. All related nuances were taken care of before leaving. I’ve already recommended Precision and Matt to my condo neighbors. Thanks Matt, outstanding Sir!

Great work! Very prompt and professional! David S was a great technician!

Jason was terrific. In addition to installing mt=y new opener, he explained what he was doing, how he was going to stabilize the attachment, and then how the opener functioned. He also diagnosed that my old spring and cable attachments were about to go, suggesting how he would replace them and the long term benefits of doing so. Excellent service, excellent worker!

thank you to Dmitri Sierra for very prompt, polite and and complete service on the morning of 8/31/23. no high pressure pitch for something I didn’t need. Doug Putnam
