Tim Tomlinson was the repairman. He was very knowledgeable on how to fix my issues with the keypad, remote and garage door opener. He gave me options to choice from to do the repair. He was on time. Trapped! Yes, trapped is the best word to describe the feeling you have when that spring on your garage door snaps. I had that feeling last Thursday night and though I really didn’t need to go anywhere, you think of a half dozen things you would like to go out for, if only you could get out. I had this same problem 5 years ago, so I gave that company a call, actually several calls, but by late morning they hadn’t called me back. Not wanting to wait any longer I called Precision Garage Door. Their technician arrived much earlier than expected and got right to work. He had everything necessary to perform the job and quickly had the door fixed and everything cleaned up. The company that originally repaired my door 5 years ago still hasn’t called me back.
