Our door opener needed repair. I called precision, whom I had used before. The came by late morning on the morning I called. I wasn’t home, but my son was there. Carlos called me and gave me information along the way. I ended up replacing the opener since it was 22 years old. So communication was great. It works wonderfully and much quieter. Though, I was taken aback by the cost , way more than anticipated. Mostly on labor and install side, since part isn’t overly expensive.

Provided a couple different options to consider, and then completed the repair with parts/supplies he had on the truck. Very friendly, very thorough.

We’re in the process of getting estimates for replacement of our old garage door and opener at this time. We would like to get at least two more estimates for the job from at least two more companies before we make our final decision. Your representative, Jeff Johnson, was very helpful and thorough and provided complete estimates complete with photos for two types of garage doors with different R values. We will keep you in mind and inform of our decision, hopefully, by the end of this week.
