Great service from beginning to end. The phone rep was courteous and seemed concerned about my issue. The service tech called to ask if it was OK to arrive sooner than scheduled, which was great. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient answering all my questions and fixed the problem completely and timely. Excellent customer service. I will definitely use the company again if I have an issue.

I called to have what I thought was a minor problem fixed on my 30 year old door. The technician game to my home at the prescheduled day and on time. As I started pointing out to the tech my other annoying little problems with the door, the tech explained to me how all of these little problems were actually related to each other. He quickly gave me an estimate to have all of the minor problems fixed as well as some ideas of what will need to be taken care of sometime down the line should I be staying in my forever home. I gave the go-ahead for the repairs and in short order, it was done. Now I feel like I have what seems like a new door. Wow. I should have had this all done two years ago when I moved in. Very grateful to the tech for the work done.
