It’s the nature of the beast. First, I had no immediate need for your services. I recently bought my condo and noticed squeaking from the garage door opener. I was wanting to be proactive and contacted your firm, and was thinking to set up a maintenance plan. When your company man came on the same day I called, that was fine. He was a good guy and indicated that the equipment was probably original, which is about 35 years old. I realized it’s time to get new parts as needed and he came up with a quote of just over $2,000. It was sticker shock, yet I agreed to the price, though had no clue what needed to be done and the cost of each item. He was there for 3 hours, and itemized everything out, and I paid the bill. At the same time I don’t know what exactly the replacement parts are, and don’t know if I got a good deal or got taken to the cleaners. It would be good if someone would come out and go over the work done and match up the new parts, and verify the pricing. It’s the first time I have ever dealt with a garage door issue, and I should have done some homework before contacting a garage repair firm.

I called and was serviced the very same day; within hours in fact. The technician was very friendly and professional and did the work quickly and efficiently. He placed everything back that needed to be moved to do the work. My door is quiet once again and the keypad has been replaced. I couldn’t be happier, once again, with the service provided. Just had a garage door replaced by Johnny. He was a blessing. Going through a tough time with the loss of my Husband and Johnny was there to make sure everything was done to perfection. Thank you so much.

Jake came out on the evening of 3-13 to look at the garage door. He gave us a price on getting the old door open that evening. After speaking to the office he gave us a price on a new door and install for the next morning. We choose this option. Jake was very professional and pleasant. We appreciated that he was able to come that evening and was able to offer solutions that could be preformed that quickly. Lake came the next morning. He too was very professional and pleasant. He took out the old door and installed the new one very fast. He explained everything he did, left us a can of spray for the door, told us to call the office if we have any questions at all. I also spoke to 2 people from your company on the phone before making the first appointment. Both were very nice and helpful. To us this is what customer service should be. Quick reaction time. 90 minutes and finished. Professional polite and timely. Pricing is outrageous $700 to fix a ‘hung door”. Didn’t have time to call other companies who are far less. So I went with it.

I previously used Precision years ago at another location. St my current location, Brad was very informative and explained in detail what he was repairing. You guys have a good one… he really wants the help the customer. I will use again in the near future!! Thanks again.

Cameron came on Saturday during the weekend due to our garage door cannot close. He is the best technician, and very professional and skillful in fixing our garage door. He also identified a potential belt issue with the other garage door. When replacing multi products from springs, motor, belts even screws, he clearly explained why the problems occurred provided solutions. He worked constantly to complete the replacement for both doors. Cameron has a very nice personality and a strong sense of responsibility. We are very happy to have had him work on our home. Thanks!

They responded and arrived on time. Completed the job in a short amount of time. I did feel that the price was a little high to replace 1 spring.

After failing to answer my emergency call over the weekend (The power was out and I couldn’t get the garage door key to work. Ergo, we were without a car.), I called again and Mike was sent by Precision to help. He was great! He was punctual and knowledgable. Mike solved my key problem and restored my faith in Precision.
