He checked not only the springs but also the whole system. He gave me options. He performed the work quickly. Friendly, courteous and professional. I had a new garage door installed by Precision that popped a spring after about 6 months. The spring actually pulled apart from its mounting bracket. The repair technician, Adam Moore, arrived the same day and discovered that the door springs that had been installed were too small for the door, which caused stress on the spring and caused it to pop apart. He replaced both springs with the proper size and the door opens much easier now. Thank you to Adam Moore for his competency, knowledge and expertise in correcting the problem.
