We used Precision Garage Door for routine maintenance (lubrication) of the door. We were given a window the same day that we called and the technician arrived in that window. He inspected the door and concluded that the operation was acceptable. He lubricated the door and showed me how to do myself in the future and left me a can of lubricant. This was the second time that we had used them. Three years ago they had to replace the motor and other parts of the door to get it operating properly. This time was just routine maintenance. I have been very happy with their quick response and I am confident in their service.

This company is the best! I have used them twice, the first time was on a Sunday when the spring broke on my garage door and of course my vehicle was trapped inside, what else? They were there to fix the spring – on a weekend – very quickly! This time was no emergency and they were still there quickly. The tech was knowledgeable and very informative and he checked the entire opener and door and even lubed what was needed. Precision is my go-to garage door company for certain.
