I contacted Precision at 2:40 pm on a Sunday afternoon, scheduling an appointment for 4-8 pm. Joe arrived at 4 pm, assessed the situation, and outlined options for repairs, discussing options in a no-pressure approach. His explanations were clear, he helped us understand pros and cons, and described the process to repair. He also took the time to make sure we were all situated with the new opener and got our car remote openers connected for the first time in 5+ years.

I called Precision because they had done such a great job when I needed them several years ago. Tim, who came to repair my door spring etc. was on time, kind, explained exactly what were the possible “fixes” and their price points. Great experience and wonderful technician. Mike was very thorough and offered me multiple options to fit my needs. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase a certain model. I shared my budget, and he found the best solution for me. Knowledgeable, kind and fast! He had the new opener up and finished in a little over an hour. Should I need service again, I’d definitely have Mike back for future work.

Service was very timely. Service Tec was extremely knowledgeable and took time to give me all options for my repairs. the basic problem was my failure to do miner maintenance over the past few years. It took your Tec about 1 hour to complete agree upon corrections. Both our garage doors work great. Please take time to thank your Tec for his good service.
