I would never call another Garage door service company. I will only call Precision Garage Door Company. They are the best ever! They are always prompt in getting someone out to get your door fixed. Technician Matt Eberly has fixed my garage door a number of times. He is the best! Always very polite and professional. Matt is very fast in finding the problem and getting the door repaired.

In the past 8 years, we’ve called Precision to come out to fix a broken spring and a few years later for a tune up. Both times Precision was timely, professional and nice to talk to. Both reps were competent and thoughtful.

The technician who serviced our home was polite, kind, efficient and knowledgeable. He noticed a separate problem we had not asked him to solve, he explained it to us and the cost of repair, and the necessity of the repair and stayed until it was corrected. We had ordered a universal remote which had not arrived, he let us borrow his until ours arrived. We could not have been more pleased with him and Precision. Thank You!
