The service and staff were great! I wish I could remember the young man’s name…so sorry! Nonetheless, on January 4, 2025, I needed a new garage door opener put in on an existing door and he worked brilliantly to make sure I got a quality opener and efficiently to install it. The quality of his work and customer service was a huge and welcomed relief as I needed the work completed before a tenant arrived (within a couple of days of service) and I was in the hospital. The company’s prices were reasonable and their service was the best I’ve encountered. I can’t speak highly enough of this team and would highly recommend them for any garage door service you need.

I had previous good experiences with Dimitri. James did not disappoint. He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He reprogrammed my door in a few minutes and instructed me well in using it.

I replaced my old overhead door opener with a side opener. I could not believe the difference. It is so quiet you have to listen to hear it. Derek done me an excellent job by balancing my door replacing my rollers and programming my remotes. I would recommend precision door company and Derek the technician to anyone.
