The last time I used Precision Door was 12 years ago They were excellent then. That’s why I called them again. I am happy to say their service is still excellent .My service technician , Matt was absolutely wonderful. It was a sincere pleasure to have him work on my garage door.

Technician was extremely professional and polite. He explained everything to me and even took time to speak with my daughter on the phone. He worked to get the cost down as low as he could. I still feel the cost was probably higher than some other companies, but a friend recommended you and I needed my door fixed. I am a fairly recent widow and learning to do these things that my husband used to do is, at times, daunting. Thank you for coming out so quickly to help.

they installed a new opener and springs several yers ago so since still under warranty, called them to check door operation. They came same day i called but I did not request that option but was nice. Did some lubrication and all is well with the door now.

I was having a problem with my garage door not opening. I called Precision and a technician was at my house within 1 hour. The technician was very professional, courteous, and explained all options. He completed the work that day. I now have a new, quiet motor which works very well. (I didn’t realize how noisy the old one was)!
